Payment and Credit Card on File

We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We ask that you place a credit card on file with our office.

For patients with insurance, your copayment is due at time of your visit. Once your insurance carrier processes your claim, your credit card on file will be used to pay up to $200 of the initial balance for that visit. If the full payment has not been received by the next billing cycle, our billing service will charge up to $200 each billing period (every 28-30 days) until your balance is paid in full.

For patients without insurance, or patients receiving cosmetic services, payment in full is due at the time of your visit.
